高端化每家车企都在提，但这不意味着产品更大、用料更好就是高端化了，这对企业的研发能力等等方面有着更高的要求。在接受爱卡汽车采访时，奇瑞汽车股份有限公司副总经理高新华表示，承载品牌向上愿景的EXEED品牌将于明年推出。首款产品将是已于车展亮相过的EXEED TX。
可以这样理解，好车意味着满足消费者需求并提供良好地使用体验。考虑到新车型的研发周期（业内一般为36个月左右），这也需要企业对未来市场需求进行一定前瞻性判断。奇瑞不仅仅在自动驾驶、智能网联、新能源等方面进行了前瞻性研发，依托现有平台的也可进一步缩短新车研发周期至24个月。双管齐下助力奇瑞推出贴近消费需求的产品。
而至于品牌向上，承载这一使命的无疑就是将要推出的EXEED TX了。新车采用了Life in Motion设计理念，龙鳞式进气格栅上下相融，配合连接左右大灯的贯穿式LED灯带，让整个前脸大气而又不失精致。下方加入镀铬装饰的前唇进一步提升了整车的质感。
车身侧面，设计师通过凸起的腰线、隆起的后轮拱和凹陷的形面营造出了丰富的光影效果，让整车颇具力量感。车身尺寸上，这款车的长宽高分别为4664/1872/1685mm，轴距达2697mm。尾部加入的贯穿式尾灯在提升了辨识度的同时，也更富有质感。
内饰方面，新车拥有着较强的科技感，中控采用了10英寸悬立式液晶屏，下方则是加入了液晶空调面板的控制区域。车内大量使用了翻毛皮材质，拥有豪华感的同时也更具质感。这款车还配备HMI人机交互、语音识别、智能导航和安全系统。
EXEED TX将采用奇瑞第三代1.6TGDI发动机，传动系统匹配7速双离合变速箱，并搭载四驱系统。这款发动机拥有基础版和性能版两种版本，最大功率分别为140kW（190Ps）和160kW（218Ps），峰值扭矩分别为270Nm和320Nm。
要知道混动车型搭载的这台发动机拥有着相当不错的实力，发动机热效率达到37.1%，最大功率为108kW（147Ps），最大扭矩为210Nm，并且实现了动力响应快、能耗低等特点。
这款车还将推出插电混动车型，搭载1.5TCI发动机，传动匹配格特拉克7HDT变速箱。此外，在混动模式下，最高速度达200km/h，百公里油耗仅为1.8L；纯电模式下，最高速度达120km/h，续航里程达70km。
编辑点评：作为奇瑞3.0时代的首款车型，EXEED TX最起码在外观设计上开了个好头，也是奇瑞向高品质、高技术的一次蜕变。这款车还将作为奇瑞进入欧洲市场的首款车型。上市后的市场表现十分值得期待。
